Fluctuating between the subject matters of equine, southwestern, floral, abstract & modern. Matt is primarily a painter, intuitively composing works of art to capture emotion, reflect energy & blend the worlds of tradition imagery with contemporary abstract.
Matt Josef’s life mission in three simple words; create, travel, impact.
To create anything &everything that comes from within, without limitations of size, space or funding. That has been the dream since childhood.
Experience through travel & adventure, fuel the inspirer behind the art. To get the art on the walls of homes, businesses, galleries & museums in every major art market & country in the world.
The heart behind the art is to impact lives & make a difference locally & globally. To partner with organizations in everything from clean water projects, equine therapy, horse rescue, orphanages, art education, etc.. Matt is also working towards creating a unique foundation that will become a horse & art ranch in the mountains.
